Gavin is a director and founder of Astute Education. His specialisation is improving ECE Business performance through management systems, innovative marketing and focused operational measures. With a passion for improving business and balancing this with strong education outcomes he has spent the last 8 years helping owners, corporate investors and government agencies throughout New Zealand to achieve success.

Outside of the ECE Sector, he works with his wife Caroline who owns one of the largest full-time martial art schools in New Zealand. Gavin has an MBA from Massey University and a Diploma in Business (Operations Management) from Auckland University.
